Wushu (Martial Arts) has been used throughout history to protect and prolong life. Wudang Wushu or (Wudang Neijiaquan) utilises the Taoist principles of YiJing, Bagua, Taji, Wuxin, six harmonies (Liuhe) and combines these elements into a unique health preservation system which teaches how to unify ones physical, energetic and spiritual being with the environment.
